Adult Pick-Up Basketball - Winter 2026

It’s time to lace up your sneakers and hit the court! We are excited to announce a new session of adult pick-up basketball games for players of all skill levels. This is a great opportunity to get active, enjoy some friendly competition, and meet fellow basketball enthusiasts in the community.

Join us Sundays, February 15th through March 29th @ 8am or 6pm at Springfield Elementary School Gym

Cost: 1 time fee of $40

The Tiny Titan Challenge - Winter 2026

In honor of American Heart Month in February, we are thrilled to announce a brand-new event designed specifically for our young athletes age 3 - grade 2: The Tiny Titan Challenge. This high-energy evening is all about celebrating heart health through fun, physical activity. Separated by age groups, our "Tiny Titans" will have the chance to test their skills, burn off some energy, and learn the importance of staying active. Our Tiny Titans will have a blast in our obstacle course, potato sack races and more!

Details: March 1st 3:00PM - 4:00PM @ Springfield Elementary School Gym

Wiffle T-Ball: Coed for ages 3-4 (Age 3 on/before May 1st

T-Ball: Coed for ages 5-6

Boys Rookie Baseball: Boys ages 7-8 (Practices begin early to mid-March)

Minor Baseball
Boys ages 9-10. Age 9 prior to May 1st. Regionalized Minor Baseball will be administered by NBIAA, not Springfield Township.

Major Baseball
Boys ages 11-12. Age 11 prior to May 1st. Regionalized Minor Baseball will be administered by NBIAA, not Springfield Township.

Babe Ruth Baseball
Boys ages 13-14. Regionalized with Hamilton and Northern Burlington.

Girls
Rookie Softball
Girls ages 7-8. Age 7 by the end of the calendar year. Regionalized Rookie Softball will be administered by NBIAA, not Springfield Township.

Minor Softball
Girls ages 9-10. Age 9 by the end of the calendar year. Regionalized Minor Softball will be administered by NBIAA, not Springfield Township.

Major Softball
Girls ages 11-12. Age 11 by the end of the calendar year. Regionalized Minor Baseball will be administered by NBIAA, not Springfield Township.

Regionalized teams are administered under the Northern Burlington Instructional Athletic Association (NBIAA), which means your child will be on a team with players from Chesterfield, North Hanover Mansfield and Springfield. Games and practices will be held in all 4 Townships.

Sponsorship funds are used for uniforms, equipment, referees, field maintenance, and other activities. Option #2 Silver Sponsorship $200 soccer season only/$550 for year:Company name on a team shirt, logo on springfieldtownshiprec.com, team plaque to display at your business, & recognition on our Social Media platforms 2x per session

Option #3 Gold Sponsorship $650 for the year:Same as Silver but with recognition on our Social Media 4x per season & a banner at Veterans field

Option #4 Platinum Sponsorship $750 for the year:Same as Gold but with a banner at basketball game

Option #5 Platinum Elite Sponsorship $1200 for the year:Same as Platinum but a metal sign at Veterans Field & a canopy with company logo set up at games
