Basketball 2026-2027 - Winter 2026

Recreation Basketball for age 3 - grade 6

Pre-K 3 - $50 (3 years old)

Pre-K - $50 (4 years old)

Kindergarten - $50 (must be 5 years old)

Rookie Boys - $75 (Grades 1 and 2)

Rookie Girls - $75 (Grades 1 and 2)

Minor Boys - $95 (Grades 3 and 4)

Minor Girls - $95 (Grades 3 and 4)

Major Boys - $95 (Grades 5 and 6)

Major Girls - $95 (Grades 5 and 6)

Practices start late November/early December for Grades 1-6. Pre-K and K start practice in January.

Games are played by grades 1-6 starting the week of January 10th.

PARENTS: We are a 100% volunteer-based program. Please consider volunteering to coach  or be an assistant coach to your child's team — coach training will be provided, and guidance/references will be available to all coaches (2 coaches per team). Our sports programs are not possible without your involvement. Please select "volunteer" during registration to sign up as a coach.  We thank you for your time and dedication to our program!

Mini Monster Bash - Fall 2026

Get ready for a spooktacular time at our Mini Monster Bash! Little ghosts and ghouls are invited to join us for a frightfully fun celebration filled with tricks, treats, and games October 30th 5:30-6:30pm at Springfield Elementary School. Don't forget to wear your favorite Halloween shirt or costume!

Springfield Recreation Sponsorship - Fall 2026

Springfield Recreation is currently seeking sponsors for our 2026-2027 recreational programs (soccer, basketball, baseball & track). The goal of Springfield Twp Recreation is to give children of all ages and skill levels an opportunity to enjoy sports in our community. Sponsorship funds are used for uniforms, equipment, clinics, referees, field maintenance, and other activities.  

The success of Springfield Recreation is possible because of the dedicated volunteers, parents, and sponsors like you!! Once again, thank you for your continued support.
